Overview
This market is ideal for Small to Medium companies which would like to gain access to capital markets. Malta Prospects are fully compliant with Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MIFID) which harmonises the regulation of investment services and also the Multilateral Trading Facilities (MTFs) at EU level. To be eligible to list on the Prospects List the Company must be:
- An incorporated company- with a memorandum and articles of association which in conformity with Listing rules;
- The company must appoint a corporate advisor and devise a business plan;
- A minimum share capital of Eur 46,588.
How we can help
Prior to being admitted to List, any prospective issuer requires ‘Admissibility to Listing’ from the MFSA. The prospective issuer will need to find a Sponsor/Corporate Advisor, this is where we come in. Gonzi & Associates, Advocates will guide you through the entire Listing process and will also liaise with the MSE and the Listing Authority on your behalf.
