Expression of Interest

One of our clients, a mid-sized company active in the consumer products and retail industry with a household name (henceforth referred to as the “Client“) is currently inviting interested parties to submit an expression of interest in relation to the provision of an Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management, Human Resources and Payroll Solution.

The Client operates primarily in Malta but also services other jurisdictions. Parties are invited to download the Expression of Interest Document (henceforth referred to as the “EOI“) accessible through the link below. The EOI document contains information designed to provide interested parties a high-level overview of the Client’s requirements in terms of key functionalities and capabilities that the Client expects.

Parties interested in submitting a proposal in the context of the EOI will be provided a detailed Request for Proposals document upon signing a non-disclosure agreement.

The Process

Submission of Expression of Interest Document

Parties are first invited to review the Expression of Interest Document and to submit a completed copy using the contact details provided above by not later than the indicated deadline.

Signature of an NDA

Parties interested in submitting a proposal in the context of the Expression of Interest Document will first be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to be communicated at a later stage.

Submission of Proposals

A detailed 'Request for Proposals' document will be issued and shortlisted vendors will be invited to submit a detailed response.

Selection Process

The Client will utilise the responses to the RFP document that will be presented upon selection, direct discussions and demonstrations to identify the solution(s) that would be suitable for implementation in the Client's environment.

Dr David Gonzi

David Gonzi is managing partner of Gonzi & Associates, Advocates and has more than thirteen years experience in the provision of legal advice in the fields of financial services, IT and gaming.

In particular, David has assisted various companies with acquiring Malta licenses for the provision of investment services, financial institutions, online forex/binary options, emoney, payment services, funds, collective investment schemes and remote and land-based gaming.

He has a Masters (MA) in Financial Services from the University of Malta, a Masters in IT and Telecoms Law (LLM) from the University College of London, a Doctorate of Law from the University of Malta and a Diploma in Taxation from the Malta Institute of Taxation.
